Seasonal Inventory Specialist
About The Position
Spirit of ‘76, L.L.C. is seeking motivated Seasonal Inventory Specialists with a robust work ethic to join Team ‘76 at our Boonville, Missouri warehouse. This role supports warehouse staff in handling incoming products and distribution tasks, ensuring fireworks enthusiasts across the United States receive their orders. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform various physical tasks for extended periods. The position is available from the date of hire through Spirit’s 4th of July shipping season, ending on July 4th, 2026, with variable hours depending on business needs.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts by working in collaboration with warehouse personnel
- Must be adaptable and willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team
- Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 70 pounds
- Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions
- Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience valued
- Previous forklift or rider pallet jack experience valued
Responsibilities
- Support warehouse staff in handling incoming products.

- Help get products into the hands of fireworks enthusiasts throughout the United States.
