About The Position

The Seasonal Intern supports the day to day operations of the assigned location or department by assisting with administrative, operational, and project based tasks. This position is designed for high school students to gain practical workplace experience, develop professional skills, and learn about departmental functions in a structured, supervised environment. The internship is temporary and seasonal in nature.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in high school (junior or senior preferred)
• At least 16 years of age (or as required by applicable labor laws)
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and common office software
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Prior volunteer, school, or part time work experience

Responsibilities

• Assist department staff with routine administrative and operational tasks
• Support data entry, research, filing, document organization, and record maintenance
• Participate in department projects as assigned, including research and basic analysis
• Prepare materials, reports, or presentations under supervision
• Attend meetings or training sessions to learn departmental processes
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned within scope of training and experience
• Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
• Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
