About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. The position involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The role aims to provide a consistent experience for guests by managing operations, processes, and efficiency. Target believes team members have meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career. This role can provide experience in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement), and executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products
• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Provide service to guests that makes them say I LOVE TARGET!
• Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
