About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking, where team members work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests. The role involves stocking, setting, and selling Target products. It is a hands-on position that is busy throughout the day, especially on weekends, making it easy for guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded. Target provides training for all necessary skills, but certain foundational skills are expected from the start.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
• Providing service to guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
• Accurately handling cash register operations.
• Climbing up and down ladders.
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
