About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking duties. The position is part of a team that aims to make it easy for guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded. The role involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, with a focus on stocking, setting, and selling Target products. The job offers training to teach all necessary skills, but requires a welcoming and helpful attitude, the ability to learn and adapt to technology, work independently and with a team, resolve guest questions quickly, and pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes. Specific duties include handling cash register operations, climbing ladders, and scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 40 pounds. A flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with regular attendance, is necessary.
