About The Position
This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking at Target. The position is part of the Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales team, which are experts in operations, process, and efficiency. They ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor to provide a consistent guest experience. Working at Target offers meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career, providing knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products.
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
