About The Position

This seasonal overnight inbound (stocking) role supports Target’s store operations by stocking, setting, and selling products. Team members help create a welcoming guest experience while ensuring merchandise is available, accurately priced, and presented on the sales floor. The role provides experience with guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, inventory management, and completing daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

The position requires working efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy retail environment. Team members handle register operations, use current technology, respond to guest questions, and safely move merchandise. Work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance expected.

Requirements
