About The Position

Target’s seasonal roles support the store by helping guests and ensuring products are stocked, set, accurately priced, and available. This position is part of Seasonal Inbound (Stocking), contributing to efficient store operations and a welcoming guest experience. Team members receive training and may develop knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, inventory management, and workload execution. The starting hourly rate is $17.50, with a pay range of $17.50–$26.25 per hour.
