About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a talented Seasonal Houseperson who shares our passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Seasonal Houseperson is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team, responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, back of house, and outdoor property. This role supports Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are stocked and removing garbage and debris. The Houseperson also ensures the cleanliness and perfection of guest areas and performs other assigned cleaning duties.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Command of the English language.
• Ability to clean all areas of the hotel to Four Seasons Standards.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 70lbs.
• Legal work authorization in Canada.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years previous Housekeeping experience in a fast-paced Hotel operation.
• Additional language.

Responsibilities

• Support Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked.
• Remove garbage and debris from rooms.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensure the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas of the hotel.
