About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets at Orland Square Mall. The Team Lead supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The role requires warmth, energy, and leadership to help create a joyful holiday experience for guests.

The Team Lead performs opening and closing duties, reinforces operating policies and procedures, helps troubleshoot technical issues, and supports training or recruiting as needed. The role also includes taking photos, assisting guests, operating point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Photography experience is not required.

This is a seasonal role with flexible scheduling. Employees may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to process sales transactions and comfortable handling cash.
• Able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
