About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and keeps daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping create a joyful holiday experience for guests.

The position involves leading by example, supporting daily venue operations, helping team members, troubleshooting issues, providing guest service, and operating point-of-sale and photography equipment. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal and requires flexibility during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable with cash handling.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
