About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead (described in the posting as a Shift Lead), you will help create excellent guest experiences at Santa photo sets by supporting the team, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The role involves bringing warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helping create a joyful holiday experience.

You will perform opening and closing duties, reinforce procedures, troubleshoot issues, support training or recruiting as needed, take photos, provide guest service, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and help maintain safe, clean, and effective operations. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal, with opportunities to return in future holiday seasons and explore other growth opportunities where available.

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable with cash handling.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
