About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent experiences on its Santa photo sets at Auburn Mall. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and keeps daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps create a joyful holiday experience for guests.

The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing established policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting training or recruiting as needed, taking photos, and providing guest service. Photography experience is not required. The role also involves operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and helping photo operations run smoothly.

This is a seasonal role with flexible scheduling. Employees may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities within the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
