About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support Santa photo-set operations at Berkshire Mall. The role helps create memorable experiences for families by welcoming guests, supporting team members, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps deliver a joyful holiday experience.

The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing operating procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with training or recruiting as needed, taking photos, providing guest service, operating point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Prior photography experience is not required. Scheduling is flexible, though availability during peak retail periods—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—is needed.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
