About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo experiences for families. The associate welcomes guests, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides souvenirs while delivering warm, attentive service throughout the experience. The role also supports smooth photo-set operations, operates point-of-sale and photography equipment, and helps maintain a safe and clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
