About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create positive experiences for families at a Santa photo set. The role welcomes guests, engages with children, takes photos, and supports the photo experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. The associate works with a team to keep photo operations running smoothly, uses a POS system and photography equipment, and maintains a safe, clean work environment. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. It is a seasonal opportunity, with the possibility of returning for future holiday seasons and exploring growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division where available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
