About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to create welcoming, memorable experiences for families at its Santa photo set at Westfield Fashion Square. The associate greets families, engages with children, takes photographs, and helps guests obtain holiday souvenirs while providing warm, attentive service throughout the visit. They help the team keep photo operations running smoothly, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The role requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photographs and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcome and cared for.
• Work as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
