About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to support Santa photo sets at King of Prussia Plaza. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides guests with a positive, memorable photo experience. The role includes helping photo operations run smoothly, operating point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees must attend training meetings and complete required courses. The position is seasonal, with opportunities to return for future holiday seasons and explore other growth opportunities where available.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
