About The Position

Join one of Middle Tennessee's premium holiday lighting companies! Humbug Holiday Lighting installs professional Christmas lighting displays for homes and businesses throughout Clarksville, Nashville, and Franklin/Brentwood. If you enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of heights, and want to earn excellent seasonal income while creating amazing holiday displays, we'd love to meet you. This is a seasonal role from October to January, with peak season from October 31 to December 20. Takedowns continue through January 31, 2027. The company provides uniforms, company vehicles during the workday, professional ladders, lifts, tools, and equipment, as well as hands-on training and ongoing coaching.

Requirements

• 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to the daily crew meeting location.
• Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights.
• Physically able to lift and carry equipment.
• Available for the full October–January season and mandatory September Boot Camp.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, roofing, gutters, holiday lighting, tree service, exterior painting, landscape lighting, electrical work, or lift operation.
• Lift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Install professional Christmas lighting displays for homes and businesses.
• Work outdoors, including on roofs, ladders, and at heights.
• Lift and carry equipment.
• Generate upsells and new customers for a 10% sales commission.
• Attend mandatory Holiday Lighting Boot Camp & Skills Assessment in early September.
