About The Position

Join one of Middle Tennessee's premium holiday lighting companies! Humbug Holiday Lighting installs professional Christmas lighting displays for homes and businesses throughout Clarksville, Nashville, and Franklin/Brentwood. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are not afraid of heights, and want to earn excellent seasonal income while creating amazing holiday displays.

Requirements

• 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to the daily crew meeting location.
• Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights.
• Physically able to lift and carry equipment.
• Available for the full October–January season and mandatory September Boot Camp.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, roofing, gutters, holiday lighting, tree service, exterior painting, landscape lighting, electrical work, or lift operation.
• Lift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Install professional Christmas lighting displays for homes and businesses.
• Upsell and generate new customers.
• Participate in a mandatory Holiday Lighting Boot Camp & Skills Assessment.
• Work on roofs, ladders, and at heights.
• Lift and carry equipment.
• Travel to daily crew meeting locations.
• Perform takedowns of lighting displays.
