About The Position

As a member of our Decor Team, you’ll help bring the holiday spirit to life by installing and removing holiday lights and decorations. This role involves following installation plans and safety guidelines, loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and materials, creating clean, professional displays customers love, keeping projects on schedule and running smoothly, and delivering friendly, reliable customer service. Blades of Green is looking for individuals to help make the season brighter for customers while growing their skills with a team that has your back.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• At least 21 years of age (required to drive company vehicles)
• Ability to safely work on ladders up to 40 feet
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• A positive attitude, reliability, and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and tackle challenges with a smile
