Requirements
- Experience with using ladders- Not afraid to be on roofs of house
- Must have: experience pulling a 20-ft trailer
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- 21 years or older (required to drive company vehicles)
- Committed to safety and teamwork
- Positive, reliable, and customer-focused
- Able to work in various weather conditions and tackle challenges with a smile
Nice To Haves
- Christmas décor installation experience
- Tree-climbing experience
- Roofing experience
Responsibilities
- Experience with using ladders- Not afraid to be on roofs of house
- Lead and supervise the holiday decor crew
- Install and remove holiday lights and decorations
- Follow installation plans and safety guidelines
- Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
- Ensure installations are completed neatly and professionally
- Maintain schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
- Provide excellent customer service
