About The Position
Be Part of the John Mini Holiday Season 2026! It’s the most wonderful time of the year—when we transform spaces into festive, magical experiences! From sparkling trees and wreaths to 6-foot menorahs, our team creates unforgettable holiday displays across the tri-state area. Our Holiday season runs from October 2025-January 2026. At John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, we’ve been making places beautiful for nearly 50 years—and plan to be here for 50 more. We’re proud to be recognized as a leader in landscaping and holiday design, serving New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Come join us this holiday season and help create something spectacular!
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not needed) for drivers.
- Ability to drive a 16’–26’ box truck.
- Technical ability, strong communication, leadership, and client-focused skills (for Foremen).
- Eye for design, attention to detail, strong communication and leadership skills (for Quality Control Leaders).
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, stretch, and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
- Install holiday decorations including trees, wreaths, and menorahs.
- Transform spaces into festive, magical experiences.
- Create unforgettable holiday displays across the tri-state area.
- Drive a 16’–26’ box truck (for drivers).
- Provide technical ability, strong communication, leadership, and client-focused skills (for Foremen).
- Ensure quality control with an eye for design and attention to detail (for Quality Control Leaders).
