About The Position

The Seasonal Helper Coordinator supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The position sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The coordinator develops employee skills and performance through training, orientation, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. The role also manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, while promoting employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
