About The Position

The Seasonal Helper Coordinator supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The coordinator manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. The position supports employees’ development through orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans as required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Management experience.

Responsibilities
