About The Position

Interlake Co-op is hiring Full-time & Part-Time Seasonal Hardware Cashier/Clerk for their Hardware Store in Eriksdale, MB. The role involves maintaining a positive and professional approach, completing opening and closing procedures, ensuring outstanding guest service, adhering to company policies, being dependable for shifts, assisting with loss prevention, maintaining a clean and organized facility, assisting with stock duties and merchandising, proper and safe use of equipment, assisting the Hardware Manager with administrative duties, and operating the cash register system.

Responsibilities

To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
To complete all opening and closing procedures as per schedules.
To help ensure outstanding courteous Guest service is provided at all times.
To help ensure all Policies & Procedures are adhered to in accordance with Interlake Co-op Policy & Procedures manual.
To be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
To be responsible in the area of loss prevention.
To ensure the facility and equipment is neat, clean & organized at all times.
To assist in general stock duties, including filling & facing shelves as required.
To engage in the proper & safe use of equipment and report any breakdowns to the Manager.
To assist the Hardware Manager with all administrative duties as required.
To operate the cash register system as required.
Other duties as required.
