The Grain Scale House Worker plays a key role in supporting efficient grain receiving and handling operations. This position is responsible for conducting inspection activities, such as probing trucks, and safely operating grain handling and receiving equipment at truck dump locations. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized work environment through general housekeeping tasks, including bin cleanup. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work, including standing for extended periods and frequently lifting, pushing, or pulling. The position could require the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, as well as the potential of working in heights and in environments with dust, noise, and uneven surfaces. Previous grain operations experience is preferred, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to build or expand their hands-on experience in agricultural operations.
