About The Position

Premier Cooperative is seeking a motivated and dependable Seasonal Grain Operator to support our Mineral Point location during. This individual will play a key role in day-to-day grain operations, including receiving, handling, and loading out grain while maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

Requirements

• Ability to work in an outdoor, physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends as needed during peak season - if willing to stay on for fall harvest
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Agriculture or grain handling experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and handle incoming grain efficiently and accurately
• Load out grain for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Maintain the physical plant and equipment, including routine maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Keep facilities, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet operational goals during peak demand periods
