About The Position

This is a seasonal, part-time position ending after the 2026 holiday season, with approximately 15 hours of work per week. Afternoon and evening availability is required, and Saturdays are required when needed. The posting describes work as a Seasonal Front of House Retail Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, serving guests and offering the bakery’s menu of scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with whole ingredients. Shifts vary from week to week based on customer traffic and the time of year. Locations are closed every Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have afternoon and evening availability.
• Must be available to work Saturdays when needed.
• Must be attentive to compliance with local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation standards.
• A can-do attitude, active listening skills, and confidence suggesting meal and gift items to guests.
• Ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, and assist other departments.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of customer service or retail experience; preferred but not required.
