Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Asphalt paving experience
Equipment experience is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills related to asphalt maintenance, equipment use, and job site work.
Dependable and punctual, showing up on time and following through on commitments.
Hardworking and team-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well with others.
Detailed and adaptable, paying attention to details and adjusting to changing job conditions or schedules.
Physically capable of lifting up to 55 pounds unassisted and performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, squatting, and carrying buckets for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Work on asphalt maintenance projects, including crack repair, sealcoating, and line striping at residential and commercial job sites.
Operate tools and equipment safely while keeping job sites clean, organized, and ready for the next step.
Handle materials, prep work areas, and assist with cleanup to keep projects moving on schedule.
Follow safety standards, company procedures, and crew direction while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Show up on time, work hard, and take on physically demanding tasks as part of a team-focused crew.
Travel locally to job sites within about a two-hour radius.
