About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for seasonal logistics roles, including Seasonal Fulfillment and Seasonal Delivery, through an in-person hiring event at Nordstrom The Village at Corte Madera. Applicants may attend at any time during the event; no advance appointment is needed. A resume is welcome but not required, and the interview process takes approximately one hour. On-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and applicants who cannot attend the event will still be considered. The listed pay range for Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery is $21.00–$21.85 per hour; actual offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses, and benefits eligibility may depend on location, job level, classification, and length of employment. The listed standard physical requirements include continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching, and frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. Work may involve handling bulky or awkwardly shaped merchandise and reaching to lift items above the head. Employees regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds for Stock/Logistics roles.
