As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. You also greet customers, resolve issues, and deliver orders with care. The role combines operational support with customer service, teamwork, selling, and genuine hospitality. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, learning about products and promotions, and receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise. During the day, they interact helpfully with customers, fulfill orders, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, organize the stockroom, complete orders, and prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
