About The Position
This seasonal position is responsible for safely delivering liquid products to customers each day. The role also includes keeping company delivery vehicles clean, assisting with delivery-related projects, and providing a high level of service to customers and coworkers. The anticipated pay range is $20,000 to $60,000.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-B license.
Nice To Haves
- Hazmat endorsement; a plus but not required.
- Tanker endorsement; a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial motor vehicle to transport liquid fuel products in all weather conditions and at any time, day or night.
- Safely load and unload liquid fuel products, including pulling delivery hose up to 150 feet.
- Use web-based platforms on a tablet, smartphone, laptop, and desktop to manage workflow and record data.
- Maintain required licensure and comply with company policies and procedures, state and Department of Transportation requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Remain alert and focused and complete work safely.
- Participate in safety meetings, training, and refreshers; report unsafe actions to a supervisor; and model safety-conscious practices.
- Perform system checks, including leak checks, in accordance with company procedures, and restart system appliances.
- Install and maintain tank monitors periodically and as needed.
- Keep company delivery vehicles clean and assist with delivery-related projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
