About The Position

Bath & Body Works is hiring a Seasonal Fragrance Associate for its busiest time of year. This temporary, flexible role supports the team during the Autumn/Winter festive season and involves creating positive shopping experiences by welcoming customers, keeping products looking their best, and working collaboratively with colleagues. Fixed-term contracts are expected to last up to 14 weeks; the store will confirm the specific contract length available during the application process. The role may involve working on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or in both areas. Sales-floor duties include offering friendly, personalised service, helping customers have a positive Bath & Body Works experience, representing the brand, moving stock to the sales floor, and keeping the floor attractive and easy to shop. Stockroom duties include presenting and storing products carefully, processing deliveries, replenishing merchandise, and keeping stockrooms and operational areas organised and safe. Availability for the Winter Sale on Thursday 24 December, Sunday 27 December, and Monday 28 December may be required, depending on the start date, contract duration, and store needs. Successful candidates must provide evidence of their right to work before employment begins. The position is not typically considered for Skilled Worker sponsorship. Move stock to the sales floor promptly.

Work collaboratively with the team to support the smooth running of the store.
