About The Position
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Concessions Team. As a Concessions Team Member, you will provide excellent service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or register experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to safety standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of concession stands, equipment, and work areas
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
