About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Seasonal Fleet Logistics Coordinators. This position pays $18.00 / hour and will be located at 5500 44th Street SE, Grand Rapids MI 49512. The seasonal window will begin in May 2026 and will end on or before October 31, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days. The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Fleet Supervisor with fleet movement, lot organization, the in fleeting process, and the execution of overall fleet movement at the airport. This position is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are located in the appropriate area(s). The Fleet Coordinator will coordinate and/or execute on our asset control, fleet reconciliation, and damage evaluation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season (FT or PT hours). They must experience a 3 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all aspects of vehicle movement on and off the lot for the entire fleet at the airport
  • Make and take calls from outside organizations regarding vehicle exchanges and recoveries
  • Help manage driver activity to and from the airport including: coordinating pick ups and drop offs on and off site with vendors to and from a variety of locations
  • Utilize company computer systems to perform moves on sold vehicles and vehicles needing repairs cars
  • Track and segregate vehicles based on movement type such as cars that have been sold, cars needing preventative maintenance, and cars that are being recalled
  • Provide support on special projects such as title registration, fleet maintenance, maintenance tracking on vehicles, turnback recording, etc., as required
  • Provide assistance to Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and Vehicle repair where needed
  • Coordinate the movement of off airport drops. It would include at National/Alamo licensee locations, location where there is no Enterprise Mobility, impounded vehicles, etc.
  • Assist with the daily maintenance terminal, including but not limited to: pressure washing, plowing and salting of on and off-site lots
  • Coordinate facility repairs with approved airport vendors.
