Seasonal Field Service Technician (Delano, CA)
About The Position
This position will work in our customer facility located in Delano, CA. On a given day, you may: Mixing and testing chemicals in the field to verify proper dilution and effectiveness. Developing effective relationships with packinghouse personnel and management. Maintaining proper records of chemical use at packinghouses to assure machinery down time is kept to a minimum. Being responsible for inventory cost control and summer repair parts list. Maintaining proper inventory of leased machinery parts and chemical use at packinghouses to assure machinery down time and customer complaints are kept to a minimum.
Requirements
- Experience working on industrial machinery
- Basic mechanical skills to maintain and troubleshoot equipment issues are required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Willing to work overtime including weekends as required
- Able to work day or night shift as required
