This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests. The role involves overseeing the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area, and ensuring food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked. The attendant will present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture, answer guest questions using hotel and area knowledge, and ensure an exceptional guest experience with a +1 Service attitude.
