About The Position

Go! Retail Group is seeking Seasonal Evening Email & Chat Customer Service Specialists to provide customer support via chat and email during the upcoming holiday season. This role is crucial for maintaining superior customer service. The company, based in Austin, Texas, is the parent company to several brands including Go! Stores, Attic Salt Stores, Toys"R"Us, Calendars.com, Snoozimals, and Tiny Headed Kingdom. Requirements

• Positive attitude and productive, professional and courteous manner
• Strong written and verbal communication, including excellent grammar
• Demonstrated computer skills, including use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Ability to accomplish tasks in the most timely and efficient manner
• Multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills
• Openness to receiving feedback and incorporating it into daily work
• If working from home, high-speed internet via ethernet cable connection and a quiet space to work from home
• Must be based in Central Texas
• Must be available for mandatory training from 11/9/26 - 11/13/26 from 5pm-10pm remotely
• Must be available for the work schedule of Monday – Friday from 5pm to 10pm throughout the 8-9 week season
• Must pick up and return equipment at the South Austin Office

Nice To Haves

• 6 months+ contact center experience

Responsibilities

• Create great customer experiences
• Process chat and email inquiries, assisting via phone if necessary
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order, account and website issues
• Maintain and grow knowledge of products, promotions, and sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and sales
• Support the mission statement and core values (commitment, integrity, openness) of Go Retail Group
