About The Position
REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals to join us immediately in a seasonal capacity at our corporate headquarters in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington, NC. We rely on our Seasonal Fulfillment Associates to pick and pack orders received via REEDS.com. Every piece of jewelry tells a story and our team helps ensure every customer receives the correct order beautifully wrapped and presented. You are a vital part of the success of our team, and we look forward to working with you to make this the BEST holiday season yet!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Computer Proficient; Microsoft Office and comfortable working within Excel
- Goal oriented, results driven and self-motivated
- Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks within a fast paced work environment and work as a team
- GIA AJP Certification required or completion required within six months of being placed in the position
Nice To Haves
- Recommended one year jewelry, retail and/or production experience
Responsibilities
- Processing internet orders including, but not limited to; product identification, keying sales, packaging and shipping.
- Assisting in the checking in of merchandise: inspecting, tagging and filing.
- Assisting in the processing of exchanges and returns.
- Assisting in the facilitation of customer orders through other REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques.
