About The Position
This role involves working in a distribution facility, operating within specific systems to pick items, verify details, and prepare them for shipping. Accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines are paramount. The position offers a path to permanent employment through a temp-to-hire program.
Requirements
- 4 months previous distribution facility experience
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift 50lbs
- Proven ability to be successful in a fast paced, seasonal, work environment
- Safety shoes required
Responsibilities
- Operate within the GreyOrange or Jennifer systems to pick items
- Maintain accuracy by verifying book titles, quantities, and item conditions
- Label, scan, and sort boxes for shipping
- Follow all safety guidelines
Benefits
- $17.00/hr + $2.50/hr shift differential
- On Demand Pay
