This role assists with administrative tasks, project coordination, and cross-functional team support to ensure efficient business operations. The position provides exposure to corporate processes and offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional setting. Provide administrative support to assigned departments, including data entry, document preparation, and file management Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management Support project execution by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables Compile and maintain reports using Excel, SharePoint, or other internal systems Assist with onboarding logistics, event coordination, or program support as needed Respond to internal inquiries and provide general office support to team members Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company records Support process improvements and special initiatives as assigned
