About The Position

Woodward Park City is seeking a Seasonal Custodial Services Attendant to join their Base Operations team. This role is essential for maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation at the facility while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail-oriented, ready to work and play in an innovative environment alongside professional and Olympic athletes.

Requirements

• Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years old.
• Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50lbs.
• Must be comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to make quick decisions regarding safety.
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate well across functions and departments.
• Comfortable working within a team or independently.
• Comfortable working in an all-season environment.
• Comfortable and willing to perform any/all job duties, including waste management, cleaning, etc.
• Ability to safely and responsibly handle cleaning equipment (including cleaning solutions, chemicals, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques, as well as familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, or customer service roles, preferably in a hospitality environment, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks using cleaning equipment and methods to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Clean designated areas of the building (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc.).
• Disinfect high-touch areas like desks and door handles.
• Empty trash cans and pick up litter.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Window washing (both small and large).
• Clean and maintain (re-supply) restrooms.
• Bus and clean tables of dirty dishes.
• Respond to spills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including ensuring appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies.
• Be proactive, adjust to fluctuations in guest counts, and work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service to guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring your own safety, colleagues', and guests'.
• Safely use cleaning materials and chemicals for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Follow established cleaning guidelines and regulations to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to leadership.
• Assist with Base Operations duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
