The Seasonal Counter Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. This role involves establishing relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner. The associate will process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently, handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices. They will also secure payment of invoices, evaluate and determine the disposition of warranty items, and estimate delivery dates to customers. Additionally, this role assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
