About The Position
Cooks prepare the highest quality food items for retail by following established recipes, standards and procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Knowledge on food preparation
- Safely use/operate knives, ovens, scales, wrapping machine, steamers, mixers, and all other equipment required in the day to day operation of the kitchen
- Excellent customer service
- Good oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Current Culinary Arts student or graduate
Responsibilities
- Inventory cases and prepare production list
- Follow recipes to prepare and reheat food items
- Rotate products on display
- Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Assist in other duties, as assigned
