About The Position

Jockey is seeking Part-time Seasonal Consumer Care Order Agents to join their team. As a Consumer Care Agent at JOCKEY, you'll have the opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand in their corporate Contact Center located in Kenosha, WI. This role entails assisting consumers in placing product orders via phone while providing exceptional customer support.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• One year of experience in a customer service call center
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive demeanor
• Basic Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound consumer calls; assist in placing customer orders
• Respond to consumer inquiries
• Respond to shipping inquiries; answer order status questions
• Demonstrate effective problem solving and customer relation skills
• Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Enter relevant information into CRM database system after each contact, ensuring pertinent customer data
• Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as necessary
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and procedure knowledge
