About The Position
Pine Pond Homes in Petoskey, Michigan is seeking a dependable, friendly Workamper for a seasonal position from now until the end of November. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy the outdoors, interacting with people, and staying active. The Workamper will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere and assisting with daily operations, with the possibility of on-site RV housing. There is also potential for this seasonal role to transition into a full-time, year-round position for a suitable candidate.
Requirements

- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests, contractors, and team members.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in campground, RV park, maintenance, construction, or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Check in with contractors daily to ensure work is progressing.
- Meet inspectors during scheduled inspections.
- Take photos and provide daily project updates.
- Communicate any issues or delays promptly.
- Help keep construction and improvement projects on track.
