About The Position

KleenMark is Wisconsin’s largest independent commercial cleaning and supply company, with over 60 years of experience. We are seeking Seasonal Cleaning Technicians to join our team from July to August 31st. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of buildings through various cleaning duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week. Duties and hours may vary based on the size of the building and the number of teammates. Requirements

Ability to report to work each day and on time.
Willingness to work extra hours when needed.
Compliance with proper safety policies and procedures (e.g., using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents).
Ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Ability to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
Must be able to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift if working in medical facilities.
Must be able to use personal protective equipment provided or required.
Must be able to attend safety monthly trainings.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial cleaning.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners.
Performs other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes.
Replenishes break room supplies.
Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner.
Washes walls and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.
