Requirements

Ability to report to work on time each day and work extra hours when needed.
Compliance with proper safety policies and procedures, including the use of cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
Ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Ability to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
Must be able to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift if working in medical facilities.
Must be able to use personal protective equipment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial cleaning.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the building by performing various cleaning duties.
Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and replenish bathroom supplies.
Polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
Sweep, mop, vacuum floors using appropriate equipment.
Perform other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
Clean and disinfect break room/kitchenette surfaces and appliances, and replenish supplies.
Dust furniture, equipment, and partitions.
Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport them to the disposal area.
Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
Wash walls and woodwork.
Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
