This role provides SMART customer service by executing Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs. The associate will assist customers by understanding their needs, locating and demonstrating merchandise, and helping them with purchases. This includes writing customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs in the Tool Rental Department. The position also involves cross-functional training in other store areas, detecting signs of shoplifting, maintaining housekeeping standards, and ensuring a safe and secure work environment. The associate will operate various store equipment as needed.
